Change of name

Further to the Company's announcement of 9 September 2016, and the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 October 2016, the Board is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name from Project Finance Investments Limited to GCP Asset Backed Income Fund Limited and that the Company has commenced trading its ordinary shares under its new trading instrument display mnemonic (TIDM), "GABI" with effect from 8.00 am today.

The ticker for the C shares currently in issue will remain unchanged until their conversion, which is currently expected to occur on or around 18 October 2016.

The Company's website has changed to www.gcpuk.com/gcp-asset-backed-income-fund-ltd.
