GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt is pleased to announce the publication of its investor report, which is available at www.graviscapital.com/funds/gcp-infra/literature
The net asset value at 30 June 2021 was, as previously announced, 102.20 pence per ordinary share.
At 30 June 2021:
- The Company was exposed to a diversified and partially inflation protected portfolio of 48 investments with an unaudited valuation of £1.0 billion;
- The portfolio had a weight-adjusted average annualised yield of 8.0%, principal outstanding of £1.1 billion and an average life of 13 years.
In the period, the Company made six investments totalling £12.5 million in a variety of UK infrastructure sectors, the largest of which was a follow-on senior debt investment of £7.8 million to an onshore windfarm project.
The Company is also pleased to announce that on 27 July 2021 the Company amended its existing revolving credit arrangements to increase the commitment on the three-year tranche from £140 million to £165 million through the introduction of a new lender, Clydesdale Bank Plc. This replaces the short-term tranche that expired, and was repaid in full, at the end of June 2021. Interest and commitment fees under the Company's revolving credit arrangements remain unchanged.
