GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt is pleased to announce the publication of its investor report, which is available at www.gcpinfra.com .
The net asset value at 31 December 2021 was, as previously announced, 107.18 pence per ordinary share.
At 31 December 2021:
In the period, the Company made three investments totalling £52.8 million. This included a £52.1 million refinance of a biomass plant and further advances of £0.7 million to a portfolio of domestic rooftop solar installations. The Company also disposed of its investment in an offshore wind farm with proceeds representing a c.12% premium to carrying value.
