13. Additional information:	On 18 July 2017, Close Brothers Asset Management sold 1,381 shares of GCP Infrastructure Ord. This brought our shareholding to 39,154,256 and 4.95% of the shares in issue. This is based on the shares in issue figure of 790,676,278 as at 18 July 2017 (which had changed from 734,224,665 the previous day). This is the required notification that the holding has crossed below 5% of the shares in issue.
