Notification of change in auditors

 

As part of the Business Transformation programme, the audit process was reviewed with the aim of optimising the process, efficiencies and costs. In line with this, the Board is pleased to announce that it has appointed EY South Africa (Ernst & Young Inc.) as its new auditor (with immediate effect). Ernst & Young Inc. will undertake the audit for the 2018 financial year and their appointment will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next AGM of the Company to be held in 2019.

 

EY United Kingdom (Ernst & Young LLP) has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
