Application for listing of Voting Ordinary Shares - correction
The application made on 13 February 2015 to the UK Listing Authority was for 3,916,616 Voting Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the same 3,916,616 Voting Ordinary Shares and not for 3,919,616 Voting Ordinary Shares as original stated in our announcement on 13 February 2015. The Voting Ordinary Shares are to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (Admission). It is expected that the Admission will become effective, and that dealings in such shares will commence, at 8.00 a.m. on or around 18 February 2015.
Following the Admission on 18 February 2015 the total number of Ordinary Shares will be 278,241,836 (of which 248,620,151 will be Voting Ordinary Shares and 29,621,685 will be Suspended Voting Ordinary Shares).
