Total Voting Rights

Notification of total voting rights in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1R.

Genel Energy plc advises that its share capital consists of 280,248,198 ordinary shares of 0.10p each of which 240,824,182 are voting ordinary shares and 39,424,016 are suspended voting ordinary shares. The voting rights of the 240,824,182 voting ordinary shares are identical, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 240,824,182 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Genel Energy plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
