Issue of equity
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 5,194 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each in Genus plc ('the Company') on 30th January 2006.
The shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options to an employee
of the Company under option schemes for which no block listing arrangements are
in place.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued share capital of the Company.
Trading is due to commence in these shares on Thursday 2nd February 2006.
