Additional Listing
Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ('AIM') for a blocklisting on 1,060,720 ordinary shares of 10p
each to be admitted to trading on AIM.
These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules of
the following schemes:
Genus plc 2004 Executive Share Option Plan 550,800 shares
Genus plc 2004 Performance Share Plan 509,920 shares
It is expected that admission will become effective on AIM on 26 July 2006.
