Annual Report 2018
Georgia Capital PLC (the Company or Georgia Capital) has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 (the Annual Report 2018).
A copy of the Annual Report 2018 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Annual Report 2018 is also available on the Company's website at https://georgiacapital.ge/ir/annual-reports. In compliance with its obligations under section 6.3.5(1) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company also releases the unedited full text of its Annual Report 2018.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 22 May 2019 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be dispatched to shareholders on or around 12 April 2019.
