companies has a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company of
925,000 shares, representing 3.34% of the current issued share capital of the
Company. This notification includes a disclosure on behalf of the following
investment trust company which holds the notifiable interest: Framlington AIM
VCT (3.34%).
