Glencore plc announces that, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the UKLA's Listing Rules, it has been notified that Peter Grauer, a director of the Company, has been appointed non-executive director of The Blackstone Group L.P., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
