Non-executive Director Retirement
Glenveagh Properties PLC ("Glenveagh" or the "Group") a leading Irish homebuilder listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange today announces that Caleb Kramer, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of his intention to step down from the Board effective 7 June 2019 and will not be seeking re-election at the Company's AGM in June.
Mr. Kramer was appointed to the Board at IPO as a director pursuant to the Relationship Agreement between the Company and Oaktree Capital Management ("OCM").
The Remuneration and Nomination Committee has commenced a process, through the appointment of external consultants, to identify and select appropriate candidates with the intention of appointing at least one new independent Non-Executive Director during 2019.
