5 June 2018 - Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the global provider of satellite communications equipment listed on the Singapore Exchange and the U.K. AIM Market, announces that on 16 May 2018, Mr Cosimo Borrelli, Non-Executive Director of the Group, is deemed interested in 497,900 ordinary shares of no par value in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") held by Joe Harper Limited, representing 0.183% of the Group's issued share capital.
