NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES

Pursuant to Rule 704(28) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following:

1.	Date of transfer of treasury shares	5 April 2016
2.	Purpose of transfer	Pursuant to the completion of a share purchase agreement between the Company, Satellite Holdings LLC and Satellite Acquisition Corporation dated 1 June 2015 ("SPA"). Please refer to the Company's announcement dated 2 June 2015 for more information on the SPA.
3.	Number of treasury shares transferred	3,623,649
4.	Number of treasury shares held before the transfer	14,363,721
5.	Number of treasury shares held after the transfer	10,740,072
6.	Percentage of total number of outstanding ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) before the transfer	5.36%(1)
7.	Percentage of total number of outstanding ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) after the transfer	3.95%(2)
8.	Value of treasury shares transferred	S$1,241,000

(1)        The percentage is based on 268,038,578 issued ordinary shares (excluding 14,363,721 treasury shares) in the share capital of the Company as at 7 April 2016.
