RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the following:

(1)        At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 29 April 2015, all resolutions relating to matters as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 13 April 2015 were duly passed.

(2)        Mr Basil Chan, an Independent Director of the Company, who was subject to re-election in accordance with Article 105 of the Company's Articles of Association, was re-elected at the AGM. Mr Chan will remain as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit & Risk and the Nominating Committees and will be considered independent for the purposes of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST").

(3)        Mr Cosimo Borrelli, an Independent Director of the Company, who was subject to re-election in accordance with Article 105 of the Company's Articles of Association, was re-elected at the AGM. Mr Borrelli will remain as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and as a member of the Audit & Risk and the Remuneration Committees and will be considered independent for the purposes of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST.
