Genesis Worldwide Inc. Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 26, 2008) - Genesis Worldwide Inc. ("Genesis" or the "Company"),
(TSX:GWI)(AIM:GWI), an industry leader in "green" structural building technologies using light steel in
residential, commercial and institutional construction markets, announces that the shareholders approved all
resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Tuesday, June 24, 2008. Pursuant to
the resolutions -

- The incumbent directors were re-elected to hold office for the ensuing year or until their successors are
elected or appointed.

- Ernst & Young LLP were re-appointed as auditors of the Company, to hold office until the next annual meeting
of shareholders, or until a successor is appointed, and authorized the directors of the Company to fix the
auditor's remuneration.
