Director/PDMR Shareholding

01 August 2013: The Company was notified on 31 July 2013 that David Kanter, a non-executive director of the Company, had been allocated, for no consideration, 15,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") by Sunrise Securities Corp. ("Sunrise") out of Sunrise's total equity remuneration of 100,000 Shares for its role as Manager in the IPO. As disclosed in the Admission Document, Mr Kanter is a Senior Managing Director at Sunrise.  Following this allocation, Mr Kanter's shareholding in the company is 15,000 Shares, which represents 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital.
