Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company" or "Globalworth")
Director Shareholdings
The Company confirms the distribution by Globalworth Investment Advisers Limited ("GIAL"), its wholly owned subsidiary, of 33,425 Ordinary Shares to GIAL's preference shareholders who are also Directors of the Company (the "Executive Directors"), comprising part of the first of three tranches of the Ordinary Shares that were allotted to GIAL in part settlement of the Variable Annual Fee due to GIAL by the Company for the year ended 31 December 2018 under the previous incentive fee arrangements (the "Plan") . These Ordinary Shares are subject to a 12 month lock-up period.
The Ordinary Shares have been allocated in the following proportions:

Further to the announcement on 13 June 2019, the Company also confirms the distribution by GIAL of a total of 2,604,396 Ordinary Shares to the Executive Directors, comprising their portion of the shares element of the settlement of the Plan. These shares are subject to the lock up arrangements set out in the announcement of 13 June 2019.
Following the above transactions, Mr Papalekas holds a beneficial interest in 26,153,113 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 13.5 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Mr Raptis holds a beneficial interest in 1,281,710 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.7 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
