Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 19 July 2019, Ioannis Papalekas, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Globalworth, acquired 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of €9.10 per ordinary share. Following this acquisition, Mr Papalekas's total shareholding (direct and indirect) in the Company is 29,153,113 ordinary shares, equivalent to 15.0 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
