Pursuant to the AIM Rules (17) the Company is obliged to notify the RNS of Directors' holdings or interests of the Directors' or their connected persons in shares of the Company.

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 9 April 2009 in respect of the placing of new ordinary shares, the correct share and warrant holding of Mr Burne is 112,500 ordinary shares and 25,000 warrants and not 137,500 ordinary shares as previously announced.
