GOLDEN PROSPECT PRECIOUS METALS LIMITED

Further to the announcement regarding suspension released on 2 December 2014 at 11.02 the Board of Golden Prospect Precious Metals Limited held its meeting on 04 December 2014 to approve the de-listing of all of its subscription shares from the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited. 

An application has therefore been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited to de-list the Subscription Shares with effect from 08 December 2014.
