purchase of a total of 1,050,000 ordinary shares of 1p each following
trades done  on 30th  October,  31 October  and 02  November,  Sirius
Resources Fund 1 Ltd now owns  a total interest of 12,350,000  shares
representing 11.33% of the Company's issued share capital through its
custodian Credit Suisse (Gibraltar) Ltd.
