The Company received notification on 28 February 2008 that, as at  28
February 2008, Artemis Nominees Limited for Artemis Trustees  Limited
as Trustees  of the  Kilo Trust  had a  disclosable interest  in  the
Company of 16,170,000 ordinary shares, representing 14.63 percent  of
the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
