The Company was informed on 22 January 2008 that as a result of the
purchase of a total of 1,075,000 ordinary shares of 1p each following
trades done on 08 January, 09 January and 21 January 2008, Sirius
Resources Fund I Ltd now owns a total interest of 13,525,000 shares
representing 12.23% of the Company's issued share capital through its
custodian Credit Suisse (Gibraltar) ltd.
