Goldplat plc, the AIM-quoted producer of gold and platinum group metals ('PGM')
recovered from by-products of the mining process, was notified by Hoodless
Brennan plc (i) on 27 July 2006 that on 26 July 2006 it had reduced its interest
in the Company from 6.91% (7,183,333 shares) to 5.41% (5,624,000 shares) and
(ii) on 28 July 2006 that on 27 July 2006 it no longer had a notifiable interest
in the Company.
