Goldplat plc, the AIM listed gold producer in Africa, is pleased to announce that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2013 was posted to shareholders yesterday and is now available for download on the Company's website, www.goldplat.com.

The Company also announces that it has posted the Notice of Annual General meeting to shareholders. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on 5 December 2013 at the Mercure Bush Hotel, The Borough, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7NN.
