Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2021  ("Annual Report") and Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is today being posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on 23 February 2022 at the Company's head office, Dowlish Ford, Ilminster, Somerset TA19 0PF.
