CFO and Advisory Board Appointments

Good Life Plus Plc (AQSE: GDLF), an innovator in the luxury prize draw and rewards sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Johnston as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 November 2024.  Richard brings vast experience as a CFO across high-growth SaaS businesses, including Outplay Entertainment Limited and Overtier.  His appointment reflects the Company's commitment to strengthening its financial capabilities and scaling rapidly as it enters the next phase of growth.

Additionally, the Company is delighted to welcome Fraser Doherty MBE, co-founder and CEO of Beer52, to its Advisory Board. Fraser is a celebrated entrepreneur recognised for his expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing. At Beer52, he helped grow the business into the UK's largest craft beer club, now serving over 200,000 subscribers with unique monthly beer selections alongside the popular Ferment magazine. With a proven track record in customer engagement and retention, Fraser's insights will be invaluable as Good Life Plus enhances its brand strategy and subscriber experience.

Fraser's entrepreneurial journey began at age 14 with SuperJam, which became a household brand and made him the youngest supplier to major supermarkets. Beyond his business accomplishments, Fraser has committed himself to community initiatives, including SuperJam Tea Parties for the elderly. Honoured with an MBE for services to business, Fraser brings a wealth of knowledge and relevant experience to the Good Life Plus Advisory Board.

Both Richard and Fraser have been granted share options to align their interests with the Company's success.  Mr Johnston has been granted options over 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the Company (the "Options").  These options will vest 12 months following his appointment and be exercisable at 2.5p per Ordinary Share.  Furthermore, Mr Johnston will be awarded further options on the 1st and 2nd anniversary of his appointment which will vest 12 months after the date of award and have a strike price reflecting the underlying share price at the time of award.  Further announcements will be made at the time of these awards.

Mr Doherty has been granted options over 1,120,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the Company.   These options will vest 12 months following his appointment and be exercisable at 2.5p per Ordinary Share.
