Appointment of new non-executive director

Gore Street Energy Storage Fund,  London's first listed energy storage fund supporting the transition to low carbon power , will be appointing a new independent non-executive director. Lisa Scenna will join the board with effect from 1 May 2023 and will also be a member of the audit committee, the management engagement committee and the remuneration and nomination committee.

Pat Cox, Chair, said: "Lisa is an excellent candidate, and we are delighted she has accepted to join the board. As the Company approaches its fifth anniversary, and in light of GSF's growth since IPO, the remuneration and nomination committee felt it was appropriate to broaden and deepen the skills, qualifications, and experience of the board as a whole."

Biographical details for Ms Scenna are set out below. It is confirmed that there are no other details to be disclosed concerning Ms Scenna under Listing Rule 9.6.13 R.

Lisa Scenna is an experienced executive and non-executive director in listed and private sector organisations across real estate, infrastructure, construction and funds management industries in the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and Middle East. Lisa has held sector specific executive roles in the property, infrastructure and fund management sectors with Stockland and Westfield in Australia, and Laing O'Rourke and Morgan Sindall Group in the UK. She is currently a non-executive director with Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW), Genuit Group plc (LSE:GEN) and Harworth Group plc (LSE:HWG), as well as an Advisory Board Member of Stories Partners. Lisa has previously been non-executive director for the charity, Hub Community Foundation and Deputy Chair for The Private Infrastructure Development Group, an infrastructure platform investing in infrastructure on behalf of various government agencies including UK and Australia. Lisa is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
