Weeksbury Ltd of 1 Stokes Place, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Grafton Group plc, is the beneficial owner of 9,467,291 ordinary
shares in Heiton Holdings plc representing 18.78% of the issued share capital
of that class. The registered holders of the shares are as follows:
