Grainger Trust plc ('Grainger'), the UK's largest quoted residential property

that

Robert Dickinson retired from the board at today's Annual General Meeting,
having been Chairman since 1992. Robin Broadhurst was appointed as Chairman and
Bill Tudor John was appointed as Senior Independent Director.
