Grainger plc announces that it has received a notification dated 14 November 2008 from Deutsche Bank AG (Deutsche) that, following a transaction on 12 November 2008 Deutsche no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the company as it's total interest has fallen to below 3%.
