GTE appoints Charles Cameron as Non Executive Director
Gas Turbine Efficiency plc ('GTE' or 'the Company'), a leading provider of
advanced systems to enhance the performance of aviation and industrial turbines,
announces the appointment of Charles Cameron as a Non Executive Director with
effect from 15 April.
Mr Cameron, 46, has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and
specialises in working with technology companies. He has held senior positions
in a number of top tier investment banks, most recently at Jefferies
International, and has previously held a senior executive role at an AIM quoted
technology company. At Jefferies, Mr Cameron was responsible for building the
investment bank's capital markets advisory business in London, with particular
emphasis on growth companies in the technology and cleantech sectors. Prior to
joining Jefferies, Mr Cameron worked as Chief Executive of InTechnology plc
(London Stock Exchange: AIM), where from 2002 he was responsible for stabilising
the business, restoring growth through organic initiatives and acquisitions.
Previously, he worked as an Executive Director of investment banking at Goldman
Sachs International, where he shared responsibility for developing Goldman
Sachs' technology franchise in Europe. Mr Cameron began his career at Morgan
Stanley and Co., Inc and then worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, London.
