GTE signs five year agreement with Solar Turbines Incorporated
Gas Turbine Efficiency plc ('GTE' or 'the Company'), a leading supplier of
advanced high pressure gas turbine cleaning systems for aviation and industrial
turbines, announces that it has signed a five year agreement with Solar Turbines
Incorporated (Solar), a Caterpillar company, to develop and supply engine wash
systems.
GTE will develop, manufacture and supply gas turbine cleaning proprietary
systems for the internal cleaning of Solar's entire range of turbines including
Saturn(R), Centaur(R), MercuryTM, TaurusTM, Mars(R), TitanTM, as well as other
future models. These turbines are designed to deliver an output of between 1 and
15 megawatts, aimed primarily at the low to mid-range power generation and the
oil & gas industries. GTE's products will be marketed globally by Solar channels
both in the turbine after market as well as for new turbines.
