Appointment of Singer Capital Markets as

Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker

GRC International Group PLC (AIM: GRC), the international governance, risk management and compliance company whose main business is cyber defence-in-depth, has today appointed Singer Capital Markets as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker. Dowgate Capital, the Company's broker since it joined AIM in 2018, becomes Joint Broker.
