Directorate Change - Resignation
GRCI International Group plc (the "Group") today announces that Neil Acworth has tendered his resignation as an Executive Director and Group Chief Information Officer.
Neil will step down from the Board with immediate effect but will remain available to the Group as an employee until 26 June to ensure a smooth transition.
Neil joined the Group in 2012 and the Board thanks him for his considerable contribution and wishes him well for the future.
Alan Calder, Chief Executive Officer of GRC International, said: "Neil's contribution to the development of the Group over the last 9 years is greatly appreciated. I personally, and on behalf of the Board, would like to thank him for all of his hard work and wish him all the best for his future ventures."
