Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC (the "Company") has been informed that Mr Peter Dicks, a non-executive director of the Company, left the board of Standard Microsystems Corporation on 7 August 2012 and the board of Sportingbet PLC on 19 March 2013.

The Company is required to make this announcement in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
