NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 18 June 2012 at 7.00am under RNS No 5321F:

"Following the share purchase by Mr Fane on 15 June 2012, Mr Fane had a total interest of 138,950 shares in the Company representing 0.191% of the Company's issued share capital."

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below:

"The Company was advised on 15 June 2012 that on 15 June 2012, Mr Fane, a Director of the Company, bought 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 376.5p per share, representing 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Fane had a total interest of 138,950 shares in the Company representing 0.191% of the Company's issued share capital.
