Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC ("the Company") announces that it has sold Education Personnel, the leading supply teaching specialist. The investment was held through Graphite Capital Partners VII.
Education Personnel was the Company's sixth largest underlying investment at 31 January 2014. The exit price represents a significant uplift to the carrying value of the investment at 31 January and in isolation increases the Company's net asset value per share by 1.4% or 9.5p compared with that at 31 January. The Company is expected to receive net proceeds of approximately £15 million in the next few weeks.
The Company's results for the three months ended 30 April 2014 will be announced on 11 June 2014.
