Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC ("the Company") announces the sale of London Square, a leading developer of residential property in London. The investment was held through Graphite Capital Partners VII.

London Square was the Company's ninth largest underlying investment at 30 April 2014. This disposal, in isolation, increases the Company's net asset value per share by 0.7% or 4.6p compared with that at 30 April. The Company is expected to receive net proceeds of approximately £10 million in the next few weeks.

The Company's results for the six months to 31 July 2014 will be announced on 26 September 2014.
