Application for admission to AIM
The Company announces that, further to the proposed acquisition of GruppeM Hong
Kong Limited which constitutes a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules and is
subject to shareholders' approval at an EGM convened for 25 October 2006,
application has been made today for the issued share capital of the Company, as
enlarged by the proposed acquisition, comprising 100,000,000 new ordinary shares
of 1p each, to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange
plc ('AIM'). Dealings are expected to commence on AIM at 8.00am on 30 October
2006.
