Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Greencore Group plc, ("Greencore" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the completion of its £15 million share buyback programme that commenced on 29 November 2022.

On 24 May 2022, the Company announced its intention to recommence value return of up to £50 million over the following two years consistent with the Group's capital management policy. A £10 million share buyback programme followed and was completed on 7 October 2022.

Between 29 November 2022 and 17 May 2023, 19,646,619 million ordinary shares in the Company were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation at a weighted average price of £0.7689 per share. This represented 3.81% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding any shares held in treasury, of which there are none) when the programme commenced. The completion of this buyback means that the Company has now bought back £25 million of its own shares since May 2022.
