GREENCORE GROUP PLC ('GREENCORE') - ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM RESULTS

Greencore will announce its interim results for the half year ended 31st March
2006 on Wednesday, 7th June 2006.  The reason for the change from 23rd May 2006
is to allow sufficient time to complete the additional detailed work required
under IFRS.
