The Board of Greencore Group plc (the 'Company') confirms that it will release its FY16 Full Year Results Statement on 1 December 2016, along with the Company's FY16 Annual Report. 

The Board of the Company also confirms that the next Annual General Meeting of the Company will take place on 31 January 2017.
