Ian Davis Gregg, a director of the Company, disposed of 10,700 ordinary shares
of 20p each (0.088% of the issued share capital) by way of gift.



The Company was also notified that on the 5 April 2006, Jane Gregg, wife of Ian
Gregg, disposed of 600 ordinary shares of 20p each (0.005% of the issued share
capital) by way of gift.
