The Company has been notified on 20 January 2007 that Schroders plc has an
interest in 572,418 ordinary shares of 0.20p in the Company, representing 5.128%
of the issued share capital of 11,161,563 in the Company.

The Company has been informed that the shares are held by Schroder Investment
Management Limited (572,103 shares 5.126% of the issued share capital) and
Schroder Investment Management Japan Limited (315 Shares 0.003% of the issued
share capital) and that they are held in portfolios managed by those firms on a
discretionary basis for clients under investment management agreements.
