2018 Performance Share Plan Award
Gresham House today announces that on 15 March 2022 (the "Award Date"), pursuant to the rules of the Gresham House plc Performance Share Plan 2018 ("PSP"), the Company awarded Ms Heather Fleming, Managing Director Institutional Business and PDMR, in aggregate, nil-cost options over 5,686 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") based on a price of 879p, being the average closing price of the Ordinary Shares over the ten trading days prior to 27 January 2022, being the date that the Remuneration Committee approved the allocation of the awards .
The above award will be subject to a three year vesting period from the Award Date and is subject to the PDMR remaining an employee of the Company and satisfying the relevant conditions set out in the PSP.
Following the end of the vesting period and satisfaction of the relevant conditions, the award holder can exercise the awards and acquire Ordinary Shares for nil cost, subject to the payment of any applicable taxes.
