Directors' dealings
On 2nd August, 2007 Thomas Jeremy Rowe informed the Company that his wife had sold 1,000 ordinary
shares in the market at a price of 745p per share.
Following this sale of ordinary shares, Mr Rowe now holds a beneficial interest in 30,200 ordinary
shares, representing 0.62% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
In addition, as one of the beneficiaries of the Rowe Trust, Mr Rowe has a beneficial interest in a
further 331,709 ordinary shares held by the Rowe Trust and Newinnhall Trust Limited (representing
6.8% of the issued share capital).
