Directorate Changes


Following the announcement on 10 October, 2008 the Board of Directors of Gresham
House plc confirms that the following appointments have been made, all with
effect from 9 October, 2008:-

Mr Derek Lucie-Smith has been appointed executive Managing Director;

Mr John Lorimer has been appointed executive Property Director; and

Mrs Rosemary Chopin-John has been appointed a non-executive director.

Mr Lucie-Smith has advised that he was a director of Fleetkind Limited at the
time that company was liquidated and subsequently dissolved on 21 May, 1996.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph
9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
